My name is Darrell Beatty, founder of ALLCAPS Inc. As an only child I was raised by my single mother. During young adulthood, I lived off and on between Oakland California and York Pennsylvania.

After settling in to York, I acquired a regular full time position as a machine operator by trade but my passion lies in mentoring and helping people with my heart leaning towards children of all ages.

I started the nonprofit organization called “ALLCAPS” INC. after seeing a real need and being passionate about helping the youth of today’s generation.

Together with my team consisting of other dedicated men and women, we strive to provide the children of York City opportunities to grow and be successful. We do this with several partners including Crispus Attucks and the Jewish Community Center.
